We're nearly at the end of the calendar year and it's good to use this as a marker and look back at how the year has gone.

I tend to do this a couple of times a year; Summer and around now.

It helps me evaluate where I am and what I still need to do to get to where i want to be in life; for me and my family.

I wrote this book after a disastrous period of stress related illness and the subsequent lessons I had to learn to realign my life to reduce that stress and ultimately live a happier life.

Packed full of tools and techniques I used my self to rebuild my life.
